The Biden administration “unlawfully” gave $1.5 billion in aid to Gaza and West Bank organizations that helped fund Hamas and other terror groups, says a lawsuit filed by Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, and victims of terror attacks in Israel.

The allegations are contained in an amended complaint filed March 25, according to the New York Post. The lawsuit claims President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken have “known for years” that the U.S. aid is providing “material support” for Hamas’ “tunnels, rockets, weapon procurement, and command and control infrastructure,” among other terror structures.

Despite this, Biden and other officials have continued their efforts to fund to the  U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and other groups in Gaza and the West Bank.

The State Department warned about the “high risk” of the funds getting to a terror organization, the suit claims. The funding moves are in violation of the Taylor Force Act that then-President Donald Trump signed into law in 2018, according to the lawsuit.

It claims the funding, meant for social services education and infrastructure, allowed the Palestinian Authority to use its own assets to fund terrorism. The Palestinian Authority is barred by the Taylor Force Act from getting U.S. assets.

Jackson was represented by American First Legal, which sued the president for violating the Taylor Force Act, which was signed by former President Donald Trump and prevents any U.S. taxpayer funding from going to the PA.

The complaint was originally filed in 2023. It was amended to include new emails obtained through Freedom of Information Act requests that also claim to reveal the administration’s attempts to undermine Israel.

“It’s pretty clear that they came in with an intent and a policy to overturn what the Trump [administration] had done with respect to Israeli sovereignty over Jerusalem,” Reed Rubenstein, a lawyer for America First and a former U.S. deputy associate attorney general during the Trump administration, told the Post Monday.

“They knew that by increasing the money, we were going to see increased terror attacks … and they did it anyway,” he said. “These folks came in with an absolute agenda to empower the Palestinians [and] flood money into Gaza and the West Bank.”

A federal judge denied a motion by the Biden administration to dismiss the case on Oct. 9, two days after Hamas terrorists, killed an estimated 1,200 people — including 33 Americans.

“Biden and Blinken have blood on their hands, and sending millions of fungible American taxpayer dollars to UNRWA has directly led to Palestinian terror against Israel,” Jackson told the Post.

“The Middle East is getting less stable by the minute due to the foolishness and weakness of the Biden administration, and I will not stand by while things continue to deteriorate!”

Jackson had told Newsmax on Oct. 11 that Biden administration has been funding Hamas “for years.”

“The day that President [Joe] Biden … became president, [or] just a few days after that … he resumed those payments to” the Palestinian Authority, Jackson told “Eric Bolling The Balance.”

He had added that “now the State Department and the Biden administration has to give us all the records related to this, and we’re going to prove and show the American people that the Biden administration has been funding Hamas and terror in Israel.”
