Kim Klacik is an American businesswoman, political commentator and former Republican Congressional candidate from Maryland’s 7th congressional district. She was born in Accra, Ghana and grew up in Accokeek, Maryland. In 2013, Kim founded Potential Me, which helps disadvantaged women with job training, financial literacy and mentorship programs. She serves as the President of the Baltimore County Republicans Club and as a member of the Baltimore County Republican Committee. She continues to advocate for policies that she believes will benefit African American communities, including school choice, criminal justice reform and economic empowerment.
