BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Some tense moments Sunday morning after a suspect barricades himself in south Baltimore, halting traffic, and causing a complete shut-down in the area.
While there were many rumors circling through social media and the neighborhood of a possible sniper or active shooter. But, police say that was never the case. Instead, a possibly armed man was barricaded in a Locust Point building.
