BALTIMORE (WBFF)– The Hogan administration announced awards totaling $12 million to Baltimore City. The funding will be used to bolster local law enforcement efforts through the creation of a new program to curb violence, development of a new state-of-the-art computer system to provide officers with real-time data within its nine geographical districts, and to pay the salaries of 75 police officers whose primary jobs are community policing.
