Radical Anti-Israel Protests arrive at Johns Hopkins

A wave of radical anti-Israel protests has been sweeping across university campuses, seeking to demonize the Jewish state and isolate it from the academic community. On Wednesday, the disruptive demonstrations landed at Johns Hopkins University, with pro-Palestinian activists gathering to spread disinformation and sow division.

Dozens assembled in Baltimore to stand in solidarity with the Hamas terrorists in Gaza and other fringe groups hellbent on Israel’s destruction. Their goal? To pressure the university into capitulating to their demands of cutting ties with Israeli institutions over the latest flare-up of violence initiated by Palestinian militants.

“The purpose was to refocus attention on their distorted narrative about Palestine,” claimed student organizer Fatima, parroting propaganda that whitewashes Hamas’ culpability in the conflict. These protests took inspiration from the lawless spectacle at Columbia University, where over 100 were arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct while protesting Israel’s self-defensive actions.

Ignoring the complexities, the protesters painted Israel as a pariah, with one misguided student declaring “I can’t be a public health major if I turn a blind eye to the public health crisis happening in Gaza.” Another called for severing a master’s program partnership with Tel Aviv University, showing contempt for academic freedom.

Alumni like Romeo shamelessly urged JHU to “take losses to its ties to Israel,” revealing the anti-Semitic core of this campaign to systematically boycott and isolate the Middle East’s lone democracy.

As the mob marched, holding signs regurgitating Palestinian propaganda, critics condemned these displays as fueling a hostile environment for Jewish and pro-Israel students. By parroting Hamas talking points verbatim, these protesters provide cover for the terrorists’ rejectionism and incentivize further violence against Israeli civilians.
