Gov. Moore ‘Commits’ to Unveil Plan on Juvenile Crime

Juvenile crime remains at the center of conversations among prosecutors and police across Maryland. Frustrations continue to build over relatively new laws preventing kids 13 years old and younger from facing non-violent misdemeanor charges, and another law requiring an attorney to be present during questioning of a juvenile by law enforcement.
