ENTITLED
AN ACT concerning
Zoning Regulations – Live Musical Entertainment

DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PERMITS, APPROVALS AND INSPECTIONS
2 (THE “DIRECTOR”).
3 B. THE APPLICANT SHALL PAY A FEE ESTABLISHED FOR THE USE PERMIT AT
4 THE TIME THE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED. A USE PERMIT SHALL BE REQUIRED
5 REGARDLESS OF THE FREQUENCY OF LIVE MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT OR THE
6 TOTAL NUMBER OF TIMES THAT LIVE MUSIC IS PROVIDED AS AN ACCESSORY
7 USE AT THE ESTABLISHMENT OR LOCATION.
8 C. FOR LIVE MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT THAT IS PROPOSED AS AN ACCESSORY
9 USE SOLELY OUTDOORS, AN APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR A
10 PROVISIONAL USE PERMIT FOR EACH EVENT, NOT TO EXCEED SIX (6) EVENTS IN
11 A CALENDAR YEAR. THE APPLICANT SHALL PAY A FEE FOR EACH USE PERMIT
12 AND SHALL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO ANY APPLICABLE AMUSEMENT TAX.
