Boy, 16, Dead After Shooting in Northwest BaltimoreApril 14, 2017 BALTIMORE (WBFF) – A 16-year-old boy died after he was found shot in northwest Baltimore’s Forest Park area Thursday evening, reported police. Officers responded to Norfolk Avenue near West Forest Park Avenue at about 8:45 p.m., where they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
