The Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission will announce the companies Friday that won preliminary licenses to dispense medical cannabis.
The law legalizing medical marijuana allows up to two dispensaries for each of the state’s 47 legislative districts, plus one for each of the 15 marijuana growers.
