BALTIMORE (WJZ) —Another life-altering announcement from Governor Larry Hogan, and this one he’s much happier to make.
In the same room where he announced bad news in June 2015 — an aggressive cancer diagnosis — today, he delivered a happy ending. He has undergone his final chemotherapy treatment for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
The governor made his fight a public one, embracing the cause of cancer patients across the state and humbly accepting well wishes and support.
“Hogan Strong” became a rallying cry throughout the state.
He maintained a good attitude from the start, as well.
