Glen Burnie, Md. (WJZ)– Anne Arundel County Police say 18-year-old Andres Garcia stabbed his relatives Monday night, a 13-year-old boy and 10-year-old girl in the 6400 block of Glen Burnie.

Officers are still piecing together what happened.

“So at this point it seems like the kids were home, with the suspect. Parents were not home at the time. It seems like there was some type of a verbal altercation that started, and during that verbal altercation, the suspect picked up a knife,” said Anne Arundel County Police spokesman Ryan Frashure.
