Baltimore Police confirmed an officer-involved shooting in the 1700 block of Homestead Road near Harford Road in Northeast Baltimore.

Police responded to a 911 call about a gunman around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night.

During a pursuit, officers shot the suspect multiple times.

The gunman’s condition is described by officials as being stable. Police said they will release his identity Wednesday. 

The incident is still under investigation.
