Michigan state investigators will announce criminal charges Wednesday over the Flint water crisis, the Detroit Free Press reported Tuesday evening, citing “three sources familiar with the investigation.”
The Free Press said the announcement by Attorney General Bill Schuette will target two to four individuals connected with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the City of Flint.
