Carjacking Incident in Fells Point, Baltimore

A woman fell victim to a carjacking in Baltimore’s Fells Point neighborhood early Monday morning, according to local police reports.

At approximately 4:30 a.m., Baltimore Police officers were dispatched to the 600 block of South Bond Street in response to a reported carjacking. Upon arrival, they interviewed the victim, who recounted the alarming incident.

The woman stated she was sitting in her parked vehicle when a dark-colored sedan pulled up alongside her. Two male suspects, both wearing ski masks and armed with shotguns, emerged from the sedan and approached her car. They demanded she exit her vehicle, which she complied with out of fear for her safety.

After the woman vacated her car, both suspects entered it. The dark sedan that had brought the perpetrators then drove away eastbound on Eastern Avenue.

The victim informed officers that her registered firearm, which had been securely stored, was inside the stolen vehicle at the time of the incident.
