Hogan visits West Baltimore, directs state to prosecute more crimes in the city
BALTIMORE (WBFF) – Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan was in west Baltimore Wednesday, where he said he is stepping up enforcement in the city’s war on crime.
He toured sites like Umar Boxing on North Avenue, where the governor looked in on an after school program.
