Maryland Young Republicans Deploy to North Carolina with the Maryland Federation of College Republicans

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Members of the Maryland Young Republicans and the Maryland Federation of College Republicans traveled to Charlotte, North Carolina over the weekend to help get out the vote for the special election in the Ninth Congressional District this week. The Maryland delegation was joined by YRs, CRs, and Teenage Republicans from Virginia, Washington D.C, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New York. This past weekend, over 13,000 voter contacts were made, and the weekend provided the opportunity for our members to network with other young republicans.

Our organization continues to work together with the Maryland Federation of College Republicans to build the Republican Party here in Maryland. “The Maryland Young Republicans are focused and continue to work together with the Maryland Republican Party, Republican Central Committees, and the Republican Auxiliary Clubs to strengthen the party here in Maryland,” said Maryland Young Republicans Chairman Maria Sofia. “The Maryland Federation of College Republicans is no exception, and our organizations are only stronger when we work together.”
