BALTIMORE (WBFF)– A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the entire area, except the eastern shore which is under a winter storm watch, from 1 am Tuesday night through 7pm Wednesday evening, for a plowable snow accumulation of generally 4-8”, followed by some icing and eventually a change to all rain.
