This bill would allow ‘DREAMERS’ to be awarded the prestigious Senatorial and Delegate Scholarships. This would essentially mean less money available for legal American students.
Higher Education – Senatorial and Delegate Scholarships – In–State Tuition 2
FOR the purpose of making a certain applicant eligible for senatorial and delegate 3
scholarships if the applicant is eligible for certain in–State tuition; and generally 4
relating to senatorial and delegate scholarships.
