BALTIMORE (WBFF) – A Baltimore mother is speaking out against violence after her 3-year-old son was grazed by bullets during a shooting outside their home.
Police were called to the 600 block of Ellwood Avenue around 1 p.m. Tuesday.
There they found a 38-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg, as well as a 3-year-old boy with a graze wound.
