DEL RIO, Texas — Laughlin Air Force Base has identified the pilots involved in a crash that happened on the base Tuesday.
The base identified the deceased pilot as 28-year-old Captain John F. Graziano. He was from Elkridge, Maryland. His co-pilot, who suffered injuries but survived, was identified as Capt. Mark S. Palyok. He was transported to Val Verde Regional Medical Center and was released Wednesday.
