BALTIMORE (WBFF) – For the ninth time in 18-years, the city of Baltimore is launching a national search for a new police commissioner, and many city council members are vowing a more thorough review of candidates’ tax history.
“Moving forward, the council should require those documents be shared with them when any agency head is coming up,” said Councilman Brandon Scott.
