BALTIMORE (WBFF) – A Highlandtown woman, who was attacked by a thief outside her home, is struggling to recover from a life-changing injury.
Sam Kraft believes the thief was hiding between cars outside her home and when the two crossed paths last month, Kraft believes the thief used box cutters to slash her face and leave her scarred for life.
