BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — The shutdown on Capitol Hill is being felt here in Maryland.

Just hours after the congressional failure to keep the government open, Maryland’s representative Congressman Andy Harris tweeted,

“Since the #SchumerShutdown vote by the Democrats occurred on the day of the March For Life, I will be donating my pay to pregnancy centers in Maryland’s First District during the shutdown.”
