BALTIMORE (WBFF)– On November 30, 2017, officers found a volunteer firefighter dead in his Fells Point home.
Police were asked to check on Jon Hickey after no one had seen or heard from him for a couple of days.
A friend of the victim had been out with him several days prior to that,” explained BPD Detective Donny Moses. “They hadn’t seen him. They hadn’t heard from him, phone or social media. There was just nothing, and that was not common.”
