BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — American flags now mark where Baltimore Police Detective Sean Suiter was shot and killed in West Baltimore’s Harlem Park neighborhood Wednesday.
The scene was busy yet quiet Sunday. Only the sound of wind moving reward fliers and crime tape surrounding the area could be heard. But, just yards away and inside a nearby church Sunday services were underway.
