The Capital Gazette reports that a small plane crash-landed on I-97 just north of Annapolis after experiencing engine failure. The Marine Corp pilot and his two sons were returning from a pleasure trip when a loss of engine power occurred, forcing him to declare an in-flight emergency. One wing was torn off but all three occupants were unhurt.
