WASHINGTON (ABC7) — Thirty-seven-year-old Radee Prince, who is suspected of shooting five people and killing three in Edgewood, Maryland, has been in trouble before.
According to court documents, Prince was convicted of 15 counts of burglary back in 2003 and spent some time in jail. All total, Prince has 42 arrests in Delaware including probation violations.
Three years ago, Police found what they say was an illegal gun and ammunition in his car. Eventually, all charges were dropped in that case.
