BALTIMORE (WBFF) – Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh intends to call on the business and philanthropic communities to help end the war on homelessness.
At a news conference on Wednesday, Pugh estimated that it’ll cost $350 million to find permanent homes for the city’s estimated 3,000 homeless residents.
