Commentary:  One has to wonder how this person obtained his law degree.  One, you have to know Constitutional law inside and out and obviously, Brian must have skipped that class.  He continues to abuse Maryland Tax Dollars on frivolous lawsuits against Trump and his admin, all the while ignoring the massive increase in violent crime in Maryland.  He truly has become unhinged and lost his mind.  First off, Obama himself, stated, it was probably unconstitutional.  But Frosh is trying to become Maryland’s next Governor.  God help us all.
