Failure to comply with a 2011 court order requiring Arpaio’s department to cease targeting of so-called ‘immigrants’ during traffic stops has resulted in a finding of Guilty for Criminal Contempt Of Court against the 24 year law enforcement officer.

Sentencing is scheduled for October, where the 85 year old ex-lawman could face up to 6 months of jail time.
