AUDIO: Baltimore Officer Accused of Planting Drugs Gives Testimony

BALTIMORE (WBFF) – Officer Richard Penheiro says in own words how some suspected drugs ended up where he found them while on the stand in a Baltimore courtroom.
The testimony came five days after the State’s Attorney’s Office first learned there were concerns regarding the officer’s action that were recorded on his body camera.
Fox45 obtained an audio recording of the court proceeding of Pinheiro’s testimony.
The public defender was calling the officer’s credibility into question when he tried to provide an explanation.
