Officer Use of Force in Fatal Dundalk Shootout is Deemed Justified

DUNDALK, Md. (WBFF) – The Baltimore County State’s Attorney has ruled that officers were justified in using deadly force in a brazen Dundalk shootout in the middle of the day earlier this month.

State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger said police body camera footage, as well as video from MTA, was involved in making the justification. The shooting involved an MTA bus.
