The legal case against the gerrymandering in Maryland is getting curiouser and curiouser, thanks to depositions provided by former Gov. Martin O’Malley, Senate President Mike Miller, and Speaker of the House Michael Busch.
Former Gov. Martin O’Malley put the first crack in the Democrat’s Blue Wall of Silence last month when he admitted under oath, what everybody already knew—that the Democrats’ 2012 gerrymander of Maryland was designed to gain Democratic seats at the expense of Republican ones.
