Maryland Medical Marijuana Growers Win Temporary Court Ruling, Licensing Process Halted

Based on claims that racial ownership of companies competing for licenses was not considered in the decision process  a Maryland judge has issued a temporary order halting the process until a full review of diversity considerations has occurred.  This is the 3rd lawsuit based on complaints that race ownership was not duly considered in the approval process.  15 companies made the final list, none are minority owned.
