BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Two years after the riots broke out at Mondawmin Mall and along Pennsylvania and North Avenues in West Baltimore, many residents say relations with Baltimore Police are better.
“It’s no longer as prevalent a problem as it was but it definitely still is a problem,” Jomari Smith said.
It seems like a regular Thursday at Mondawmin Mall. But many people are well aware of the date: April 27, the day of the riots in 2015.
