BALTIMORE (AP) – Congressman Elijah Cummings will co-host a town hall meeting on police reforms in Baltimore.

Cummings, a Maryland Democrat, will join Sherrilyn Ifill, president of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and Donald Tobin, Dean of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. They will meet with residents and discuss the findings of the U.S. Department of Justice patterns and practice investigation into the Baltimore Police Department.
