Baltimore City Del. Cheryl Glenn, chair of the caucus, says the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission did not properly factor in minority representation when picking licensees. “We will not see this new industry be up and running and flourish and have a black eye on the state of Maryland by having a lack of diversity,” says Glenn. “That’s unacceptable.” John Rydell of Fox 45 reports.
