I thought, as a retiree of a major corp. I was pretty save with my policy. I was advised several days ago that I will have to select a new policy by the end of July to replaced my current policy that my company is cancelling. At least half of the Obama forced dozen items are either unnecessary or I just don't want them. Yet, I will be forced to accept them and PAY for them. I feel I am getting screwed big time by Obama. hhoff0440 you could be next.

HHOFF0440 - It's good you are concerned, even though you currently have Health Insurance thru your employer. Many stories are surfacing indicating employers are considering reducing their payment percentage, or doing away completely with workplace-sponsored health care benefits. You very well may find yourself in a position to be forced to pay the fine or become part of the approved system, either way you lose your individual choice.

I am covered under my employer's group policy. So, the other three options are not applicable. However, to say I am not concerned is incorrect. Many young people do not see the need for health insurance and have, in their mind, better uses for the money. They are forced to purchase coverage or pay a penalty - I mean, tax. I know the Supremes have said the law is constitutional; but, that does not mean I have to accept it.
