BALTIMORE (WBFF) – A video of a student hitting a Baltimore teacher has gotten a lot of attention on social media.
The incident happened at Frederick Douglass High School, off of Gwynns Falls Parkway, confirmed Baltimore City Public Schools spokesperson Edie House-Foster.
