More MS-13 Murders and Rackteering Updates From Maryland

ASPEN HILL, MD — Four men with ties to the MS-13 gang have been indicted for conspiracy to commit murder and racketeering, over two years after the body of a missing Montgomery County teenager was found in Virginia.

A grand jury indicted four men, including three from Aspen Hill, in connection to the July 2015 murder of Guillermo Hernandez Leyva, 19:

  • Daniel Flores-Ventura, also known as “Necio,” 24, of Aspen Hill

  • Vilas Sail Argueta-Bermudez, also known as “Happy,” “Little Happy,” and “Enchilada,” 31, of Aspen Hill
